Ken also served as Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation section of the Maryland Association of Justice (formerly the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association).

This high-profile, high-energy attorney has gone to bat for his clients, both on a local level, in hearings, mediations and trials within the court system, and before the state legislature, when helping steer new legislation. He has won favorable decisions at the highest appellate level for clients in cases involving Heart Disease, Hypertension and various Cancers. Ken has also forged new legal theories in Negligence, Products Liability, Workers’ Compensation and Medical Malpractice before the highest courts.

At fire worker and injured victims’ events, Ken is received with a great deal of respect, (and powerful bear hugs both from the rank and file and their leaders)! Letters of sincere, heartfelt appreciation from clients and their families frequently accompany his incoming mail.
