Partner Matt Darby has recently been elected a board member of ARLA. ARLA, the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, is a professional association of plaintiffs’ attorneys whose practice includes the representation of railroad workers and their families under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA).
